Your item must be in the original condition. Some products are subject to a 10% or 20% restocking fee. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
There are also a few items that can’t be returned at all. Cosmetic and skincare items are not returnable due to hygienic reasons. Perfume atomizers are also considered to be “Final Sale” and cannot be returned. Keep this in mind while you shop.
