I recently aquired a bunch of ahm/riv. steam engines at an estate sale. most were disassembled to a certain degree. almost all are of 60's vintage. the box also had some early can motors and NSW regearing sets. after going through my 45 yrs of MRs I found limited info.
My intention is to reassemble in woking order these engines, in particular the INDIANA HARBOR BELT SWITCHER. my problem is this
1. is there any place I can find a copy of exploded diagrahm/parts list that came
with these engines(4-6-0, 4-8-0, 0-6-0 ect ) particilarly vlave gear/driver
parts and locations. Does anyone happen to have any of these they would like
to share a copy with?
2. as I run on code 83 the drivers will have to be adjusted or replaced. anybody
know of a supplier of drivers? NSW has a limited selection and BOWSER used
to as well as MANTUA.
3. these will be converted to can motors. I use DCC controll and would be
very gratefull for any advice on setting them up for DCC
