Chadwick Boseman will be honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year.
The late Black Panther actor was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame’s class of 2024 on Monday as part of the motion films category.

Boseman died of colon cancer at the age of 43 in 2020.
The legendary actor had a global impact by bringing Black Panther to life in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and portraying Black legends Jackie Robinson and James Brown.
According to their official website, E.M. Stuart, volunteer president of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, founded the Walk of Fame in 1958.
This year, the Hollywood Walk of Fame honoured another late hero by installing a star for Tupac Shakur, who was chosen as an honoree in 2013.

Other stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame’s 2024 class include newly-minted Oscar winner, Michelle Yeoh, Andre Romell Young (“Dr. Dre”), Kerry Washington, and Chris Pine.
