A car mechanic in Abuja has captivated many with his extraordinary skill despite being blind for over 20 years.
According to the man identified as Murtala Shuaibu, he lost his sight suddenly while driving 29 years ago.
With experience being a mechanic spanning over 30 years, the man developed an ability to detect car faults solely by listening to the engine.

Murtala said he has persevered in his craft because of his passion and to feed himself.
When asked how he manages to fix cars without seeing, the blind mechanic revealed his remarkable sensory abilities.
His intuitive understanding extends even further, as he can determine the size of a spanner by touch alone.
