INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Spooky season is still upon us but the holidays are right on our heels.
Blue Bell is getting in the spirit early with a new ice cream flavor: Christmas Cookies.
The creamery said it's one of the most requested flavors. It's a combination of chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and sugar cookies in sugar cookie-flavored ice cream with red sprinkles and a green icing swirl throughout.
Due to the high demand, the company has increased production in hopes to make enough to last through the holiday season. There are no plans to make Christmas Cookies a year-round flavor.
Other holiday flavors expected to hit the shelves include Peppermint, Spiced Pumpkin Pecan and Salted Caramel Cookie.
