CHARLOTTE — Moo & Brew has expansion on the menu.
The burger joint expects to open its second restaurant at 111 Matthews Station Street. A deal for that location is expected to close by Nov. 1, with a spring opening targeted.
That freestanding spot in the heart of Matthews was perfect for Moo & Brew, said Ken Thomas.
He owns the concept with Zach Current and Ryan Grant.
