I presume that you’ve tried the CNJ historical society, and would the city have the plans on file? (Though they may be buried under a thick layer of dust down in the vaults by now.)
You have indicated that you have plenty of photos, (if I’ve “googled” correctly, with its clock tower, it’s a fine looking building, and there are plenty of photos), have you considered adding drafting your own drawings to your model railroading skills?
