Indiana’s first Del Webb kick-off event opened to a full house. The early interest confirms Pulte Homes and Del Webb research—that there are many people, age 55 and better, who want to live in an active lifestyle community in central Indiana.
More than 350 prospective VIP homebuyers took advantage of the April 29th and 30th weekend event to view plans and tour the new Britton Falls by Del Webb community site, located in Fishers, near Cyntheanne Road and 126th Street. The event at the Gray Eagle Golf Academy in Fishers was so popular, there was a wait list of 125.
Since the announcement of Britton Falls in early 2005, more than 2,800 people have expressed an interest in learning more about this new Fishers community.

The community will have 1100 Del Webb homes, with maintenance-free, landscaped yards and common areas in the 900-acre development. Model homes will open in Fall of 2006.
