If you have been playing Elden Ring lately, you might be well aware of the fact that the game has some pretty long side quests. One of the longest quests in the game is the Ranni questline, and pretty close to that is the Millicent questline. While the Ranni questline is comparatively easier, you will need quite a bit of skill to complete the Millicent questline since it involves one of the hardest fights in the game.
Elden Ring Millicent Quest Guide & Challenge or Assist Choice Explained
Here are the steps you need to do in order to complete the Millicent questline.
- Go South of Sellia, Town of Sorcery and interact with Gowry at the Gowry’s Shack. He will ask you to bring the Unalloyed Gold Needle in the Swamp of Aeonia.
- Defeat Commander O’Neil in the Swamp of Aeonia to get the Unalloyed Gold Needle. Give it to Gowry and return after resting to get the repaired needle. Head back to Sellia and go through the new doorways to reach Church of Plague.
- Interact with Millicent inside the Church and give her the Unalloyed Gold Needle. Rest and return back to her. Go back to Gowry, speak with him, and then again speak to her.
- Go to the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace and speak with Millicent. Get the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis from the castle nearby and give it to her.
- Interact with Millicent at the Dominula, Windmill Village.
- Intearct with Millicent near the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace.
- Interact with Millicent at the Prayer Room at Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.
- Defeat the Defiled Root Monster in the area below and then interact with her once again.
- You will get a choice, to assist or challenge her. Assisting gets you the Miquella’s Needle, which is useful for the Frenzied Flame ending. Challenging her gets the Millicent’s Prosthesis, which increases dexterity.
