Update: As we suspected, Ubisoft has confirmed to us that the Xbox Game Pass promo showing Far Cry 6 was indeed a mistake. Fingers crossed we'll see it in the service one day, though!Original story: As spotted on Twitter by Idle Sloth, users in various regions have begun posting images of the Xbox Game Pass promo, which is showing on the Xbox dashboard. This advert features Sniper Elite 5, Naraka: Bladepoint, Assassin's Creed Origins, and Far Cry 6.

Considering Far Cry 5 only joined Xbox Game Pass earlier this month, we're inclined to believe that this is a mistake on Microsoft's end and that someone has incorrectly picked Far Cry 6 instead of Far Cry 5 for the advert. Nevertheless, we've reached out to Ubisoft for clarification.
Several Ubisoft games have been added to Xbox Game Pass recently. Last month, Assassin's Creed Origins joined the service, which was then followed by Far Cry 5, and Watch Dogs 2.
