The Moonchase Festival Event in Genshin impact has entered its second phase (Path of Gentle Breezes), Here’s our guide to help you Follow the Aura Trail and Find the Ingredients during the Contraption-Contrived Cooking Course: Part II quest with Cloud Retainer.

How to start Contraption-Contrived Cooking Course: Part II (Path of Gentle Breezes)
First, needless to say, for Part 2 to trigger, you’ll need to have cleared Part 1 first, with Cloud Retainer in Liyue. Just select the event in your Event menu and it’ll show Cloud Retainer’s location.
Once you’ve cleared that one, you’ll move on to the Path of Gentle Breezes phase 2. You’ll again be asked to Follow the Aura Trail and Find the Ingredients, this time rice, for Cloud Retainer. If you can’t spot the trail and are having trouble where to look, simply check out the video below, I’ve played through the event.

You’ll have to do a small protect the cargo dailies-like mission, and you’ll be able to get the rice and do the cooking minigame. The cooking part of the event is again pretty easy, just be careful of the occasional Cryo and Pyro Slimes that will appear and you’ll be fine.
Genshin Impact is out right now on PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android. The Nintendo Switch version of the game is also coming at some point but has no release date yet.
