We are now going to write a second poem. Both the second and third poems of this playthrough are going to be aimed at Yuri. Write the second poem with Yuri's words, which are as follows:

Choose to show your poem to Yuri, then Sayori, then Natsuki, then Monika.
Choose 'I would walk home with Yuri.'
Write the third poem with Yuri's words (written above).
Skip all text, then show your poem to Yuri, then Sayori, then Natsuki, then Monika.
Choose Yuri.
Skip all text and choose 'You'll always be my dearest friend.'
When at the main menu, go back into the game via the glitched text above 'Load Game'.
Skip text until you're back in the classroom, then make a save in any save slot.
Exit DDLC.
Now that we're in Act 2 (after Sayori's suicide, but before Yuri's), there's a very specific secret image we need to get.
Load the DDLC main game from the desktop. If you don't get an 'end' sequence, click 'Exit DDLC', and then reload it. Keep trying this until you get the creepy menu below. This can take up to 200 attempts, sometimes more if you're unlucky. This is the only way to get it, sadly. On my first attempt at this game, it took me about 180 attempts. On my second attempt, it only took about 18-20. So it truly does vary. The screen you're looking for is below:
Getting the above menu will award you Secret #10.
Go back to the desktop, and now go to the Side Stories. Each of these has absolutely no interaction, so just skip text through all so go through them all. Go through the six on the left, then the six on the right. The 13th side story, 'Equals', will appear after playing the previous 12.
After the credits which play after 'Equals', you'll unlock the Friendship and Literature achievement.
On the desktop, click 'Settings'. If you've done everything I've said up to this point, you should be at about 93% data collection. There might be a slight variance to this percentage, depending on how many random Act 2 Secrets you've found.
At the point in this walkthrough on my playthrough, I had all Wallpapers, CGs, & Backgrounds. I had every poem except #20, I had every Secret except #5. I was missing four sketches and four promos.
On Files, activate reset.sh again.
