Head-to-Toe Baby Pink, It's Happening—And Other Fall Gems From Oscar de la Renta

Every season, Oscar de la Renta stages what's arguably the chic-est show of the season—inviting a relatively small group of industry power players and major editors (I don't know how his team keeps all the crashers at bay, but, seriously, they ought to give seminars on it) to see his exquisite creations. For fall, he sent models—with their hair tucked under in voluminous faux-bobs and held back with pastel satin headbands—onto the runway in a full-spectrum wardrobe which included chic tweed suiting, dramatic brocade coats, beaded silk sheaths, and giant (glorious) ballgowns.
