I did it, I did it, I got the thing. I found a hole in the wall near the main keep, you have to climb a wall of ice till you get to this circular cave opening, just go to the end and the pain in the ass one is there.
Try going to haedir tower at bottom left corner, then use the eye and look towards the keep, slightly to the right, and above the main gate it the hole. Can't miss it
Still can't find 12 though
