Golf celebrity Paige Spiranac shared her thoughts on the recent news regarding Tiger Woods’ attendance at a golfers conference and Patrick Reed’s $750 million dollar lawsuit against commentator Brandel Chamblee and Golf Channel. Spiranac also discussed Tiger Reed’s journey to attend the meeting.
Spiranac came to Twitter to convey the news to her fans in a humorous fashion, and she did so by posting a popular meme depicting a female calling out to a boy while they are at a festival. Her tweet, which was written in all capital letters, stated, “And after Tiger Woods had to fly in for a secret meeting to save the PGA Tour, Patrick Reed sued Brandel Chamblee for $750 million dollars.”

Paige Spiranac on recent golf matters
Spiranac has not been shy about discussing current events involving golf, including the dispute between the PGA Tour and the Saudi Arabia-backed LIV Golf. In the midst of the unpredictability that followed the launch of the LIV Golf Series, Tiger Woods did, in fact, take a flight to Wilmington, Delaware, in order to take part in a gathering alongside other prominent players.
In the meantime, Reed has filed a defamation lawsuit against Golf Channel and commentator Brandel Chamblee for “misreporting information with falsity and/or reckless disregard of the truth, that is with actual and constitutional malice, purposely omitting pertinent key material facts to mislead the public, and actively targeting [Reed] to destroy his reputation, create hate, and a hostile work environment for him.” Reed claims that these actions constitute “actual and constitutional malice.”

In this case, it is said that “It is well-known on a tour that Mr. Reed has been abused and endured more than any other golfer from fans or spectators who have been allowed to scream obscenities only to be glorified by NBC’s Golf Channel for doing so.””[Chamblee] has become Golf Channel’s primary mouthpiece and agent to push this defamatory agenda and inflict severe damage to Mr. Reed, LIV, and other golfers signed with LIV,” said Chamblee.“
