After last week’s huge 13.1 (1.74) PUBG patch, console players might be wondering why yet another update has gone live today (August 19).
Unfortunately, today’s update is nowhere near as big as the previous PUBG console update. Which means it isn’t as exciting.
Here are the full patch notes and details for the new PUBG update that was deployed on August 19 for Xbox and PlayStation consoles.

PUBG Console Update Details

When Multi Care Packages drop into the battlegrounds, you may want to loot the items with your squad members as your backpack may be too small to carry everything.

As for today’s PUBG update, the patch isn’t quite as big. No server downtime is required for the August 19 PUBG update as it only fixes one simple bug.
The bug in question was causing the messages in the combat feed to be delayed, but the latest update aims to fix that. No other bug fixes have been reported by the developers at this time, but if more details emerge we will make sure to update this article.
PUBG Console Update 1.75 (August 19) – Patch Notes
Due to the latest PUBG update only being for one minor bug fix, the developers haven’t released any in-depth patch notes. However, on their official Twitter account, it was revealed what the update is for.
On the PUBG Support Twitter account, the following details were given:
“[Console] An update will be released later this week to resolve an issue that causes combat feed messages to be delayed. No server downtime is required, however players will need to download an update.”
