INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - The two remaining Joe's Crab Shack restaurants in Indiana have officially shut down.
Just days ago, more than 40 locations across the country suddenly closed.
There's a sign posted in the window of the restaurant in Castleton that says the closure is permanent.
The same thing happened at the Joe's in Hobart.
The parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy back in June.
The court filings blame declining sales and income and a deteriorating market for casual dining.
The owner is now selling off what's left of the chain to another company.
