This achievement can be obtained by selecting the versus song, "Never Gonna Give You Up Versus Moves Like Jagger". Simply win the dance battle as the player representing the song Never Gonna Give You Up and the achievement is yours!!! The song has to be won through the wheel of fortune. I obtained mine on level 22 of the mojo.

Yeah I got it through the wheel of fortune at around level 22 of mojo. I should have put that in the solution!! Good luck guys!!!
