Sand wedge, matching irons or other wedges?

I have a few sets of shovel-like irons in my collection. I don't use any of the wedges from them.
In fact, my prized Mizuno tour wedge which was retired last year after a decade of service (it was knackered) was bought simply to escape the bulky-shovel-club-thing around the greens. I hit the odd full SW, but mostly it's not about needing forgiveness or getting the ball up, it's about using something that looks/sits/feels like an accuracy instrument, not some unwieldy monster iron.
