Quinn also claimed that while the initiative is partly driven by Markle’s genuine concern about her health, she also sees it as an opportunity to change her public image towards the royal family. “Meghan is genuinely worried about Kate’s health,” he said before adding, “But she also sees a chance to lose her permanently angry-at-the-royals image.”
Markle and Middleton have reportedly not been on talking terms since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down from their royal duties and later relocated to California in 2020. So far, it remains uncertain if Markle’s efforts to reconcile will succeed or not.
Quinn suggested that while Middleton may not want to appear dismissive of these attempts, the prevailing advice within Kensington Palace is to proceed with caution. However, another insider has claimed otherwise, arguing that the Princess of Wales would likely ignore any advances of the Suits star.

Middleton has not been in the public eye since December 2023 and was recently spotted with her mother following the surgery. While the Royal Palace has not shared details surrounding her abdominal surgery, they have stated that the Duchess of Cambridge will not resume her public duties until after Easter.
