4 shot, no dead, shooter may be one of them. One of them critical. Trains will be running soon, CPD states that building is secure.

And, it did happen on the 38th floor, mostly lawyers offices up there, from what the news said. Also NOT A TERROR RELATED INCIDENT, do I have to repeat that?

Edited to add: The shooter is one of the injured, he was shot in the head, and is critical. another person shot in the foot. Don't know about the others... NO ONE was killed.
