Driver 295-320 Me 245-275 depending on if I 'middle it 
3 Wood 250-265 dont carry one.
5 Wood 230-240 210-230
2-Iron 225-235 dont carry one
3-Iron 220-225 200-210
4-Iron 210-220 185- 195
5-Iron 195-205 175 - 185
6-Iron 180-190 160 - 170
7-Iron 165-180 150 - 160
8-Iron 150-170 140 - 150
9-Iron 140-155 125 - 140 soft/hard
Pitch Wedge 130-135 110 - 125 soft/hard
Sand Wedge 115-120 54* - 80-110
My irons are 1* strong, so my distances are no bearing on how you should or do hit your own irons. - as long as YOU know how far you it them !
