so you round it and potentially give the same handicap allowance to a Scr as a 9 handicapper ......?
21, 18, 16, 9 = 6
21, 18, 16, 0 = 6
don't get me wrong, the format should only ever be played as a fun event anyway, but I don't see the logic in these two teams being seperated by countback in the event of a 'tie' if they can, but then bringing the actual handicap back into play if they can't.
