Nick Sirianni has proved time and again that he is the perfect fit as the Philadelphia Eagles head coach. The fact was highlighted further after yesterday’s Sunday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys. Sirianni’s outburst against the Cowboys’ sidelines definitely raised some eyebrows amongst the crowd.
With only 54 seconds left on the clock and the 4th quarter nearing an end, the scoreboard was 17-26. Boston Scott ran for 17 yards and an Eagles first down allowed Jalen Hurts to run down the clock. As soon as that happened, drama erupted.
Sirianni looked over to the Cowboys’ sideline and yelled, “That’s game! F*ck you!” He later did shake hands with Cowboys HC Mike McCarthy and a few opposing players. Yet, with a fired-up spirit, he yelled while returning to the locker room, “How bout them Eagles!”

The Philadelphia Eagles now enter into the seventh week of the season as the only undefeated NFL Team. Speaking about his earlier outburst, Sirianni said, “I get animated… I’m always going to stick up for our guys. Same thing happened in the Jets game during the preseason.”
“I’m going to stick up for out guys, that’s just who I am. I love these guys, they’re my family. “I have their back and they have been. That’s what being part of a team is. I’m 41 year-old, and I’m still part of a team. That’s unbelievable and a really great feeling,” concluded Sirianni.
Of course, Twitter had quite some things to say about that outburst.
