Ryan and Jenn founded Willow because they believe in the power of love and the ability of photography to connect people. It also serves to remind them of the love they share as a couple. Together with their team of photographers and videographers, they serve a vast swath of New England, including all of Rhode Island and Boston. Specializing in wedding and couples photography allows their team to fully embody their mission of capturing love and connection. However, they also have plenty of family photo experience.

Josh Behan “prefers authenticity over perfection”, but that doesn’t mean his work isn’t somehow perfect. It’s -stellar in its ability to tell a story in one image. No matter his subject, whether they are a couple on their wedding day, a family who wants to keep the tiny moments with them for decades, or a local entrepreneur who wants to connect with their customer base, Josh knows he will only be able to tell their stories if they are fully themselves.
His editorial style is straightforward — what tells the best story. If it’s the way a brides dress swishes around her feet, he captures that. If it’s the care a chef sprinkles upon his creations, he captures it. Whatever the essence of the subject, he is right there with his camera to uncover it, without posing or fussiness. His compositions tend to be minimal since keeping the frame clean and uncluttered allows the viewer to fully engage with his subjects. We think his work is absolutely perfect in its way.
Sara Zarrella is an award winning Providence editorial photographer working with clients throughout Rhode Island. After completing various degrees in art, design, and photogrphy, she knew that she wanted to spend her life documenting people through her lens. And she has spent the last eighteen years doing just that.
Her enthusiasm for her work is palpable in her images. She not only captures what is happening in front of her, she does it with the art of the scene in mind. Plus, she approaches her post-processing with a natural touch. She has worked with hundreds of couples since her visual storytelling is an ideal choice for a wedding, and has taken over one million photos!
