It appears that there's something twisted in with her hair on the top half of the clip, but it doesn't matter—you can get the same wow effect without it. All you have to do is fold your hair into a little low mini-French Twist and catch it in the clip. One trick: Make sure to mist your hair very lightly with hairspray and pat down any flyaways before you secure the clip—nothing ruins an elegant 'do like this faster than frizz.
There are a ton of pretty clips at all price points on Amazon.com. But if a rhinestone jaw clip won't do, a long regular rhinestone hair clip like these below will do.
You just have to style your hair so it covers the backside of the clip where there's no sparkle.
