Go to Olympic Mode and set the difficulty to Medium. Pick the tug of war event and button mash whichever button is displayed on the screen. This difficulty will not change the button you need to mash during the process (high mode will). It shouldn't be too difficult and you'll have your opponent in the mud in 10 seconds or so.
Achievements aren't stackable so you must play Tug of War on High as well for
