Nearly a quarter of a million TV sets have been recalled by Vizio because they have a risk of falling over, NBC News reported. Vizio said the problem is with the TV stand and that customers should "immediately" detach the stand and contact Vizio for a replacement. Fifty-one sets have already fallen over but no one has been hurt.
