Davante Adams made a tough call to leave the Packers and join the Raiders for a championship run, but it looks like the WR is nowhere near, as the Raiders have won just one game in the NFL 2022/23 season.
Adams couldn’t handle the embarrassment of another loss, this time to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders WR was making his way back to the tunnel and shoved a production worker who was carrying equipment just because the worker got in his way.
The Raiders had an abysmal game where they blew off a 14-0 lead to the Chiefs, as they ultimately lost the game with a score of 30-29. Davante Adams was frustrated and decided to take it all out on an innocent worker who was carrying heavy equipment.
Though the Raiders WR apologized later, it didn’t help as the damage was already done, his reputation was tarnished in front of the whole stadium and later Twitter, where the whole world saw his shenanigans.
“I want to apologize to the guy, there was some guy running off the field, and he ran, like jumped in front of me coming off the field and I bumped into him, kind of pushed him, and he ended up on the ground,” Davante Adams said in his apology.
“So I wanted to say sorry to him for that because that was just frustration mixed with him literally just running in from of me. I shouldn’t have responded that way, but that’s how I initially responded. So, I want to apologize to him for that.”

Davante Adams will be scratching his head thinking about why did he make the switch from a Super Bowl contention side to a team that can’t even defend a 17-0 lead. We don’t know why Adams made the switch, but we know that he is frustrated with his new team.
Although the Packers have also had a rough start to the season, they’ve been way better than the Raiders who can’t seem to find momentum this season.
Davante Adams’ supposed assault on the worker can have serious repercussions as NFL Twitter got enraged. Everyone has rights and everyone is equal no matter their job or the money they make. Davante Adams had no right to shove the innocent person and Twitter demands action.
