The Anime adaptation of Spy X Family is going better than expected. We just got the second episode of the series, and the fans are loving it. So far, everything about the show is perfect; animation, soundtracks, storyline, characters, and everything else that fans look for in an anime.
As only two episodes of Spy X Family are released till now, we are getting introduced to the new characters. In the first episode, the two main characters, Anya and Loid appeared, and now in the second one, Yor and her brother, Yuri made an appearance. Yor’s character is still quite clear given her greater role in the episode, but Yuri is still now properly introduced. So here’s what we know about him.

Yuri Briar In Spy X Family: Character Introduced
To start with, Yuri is the younger brother of Yor Forger. Just like his sister who’s secretly an assassin, Yuri also keeps his real work concealed from her. According to Yor, Yuri is a civil servant in the foreign ministry, but he actually works with State Security Service.
Yuri cares a lot about her elder sister. That’s why when he talks to her over the call, he tells her that he is getting a promotion, but says that he will not take it because he doesn’t want to leave her. Yuri says that after taking the promotion, he will get busier, so she should get into a relationship. To this, Yor lies to him and tells him that she is currently seeing someone.
Yuri is not shown in the episode till now, but he is an attractive 20-year-old man with black hair and red eyes. After his working hours, Yuri is usually seen wearing a coat over his black suit and tie with black gloves. From a very early age, Yuri respects her sister and would do everything to get praised by her. Their mother died at a very young age, and Yor took care of her brother, so he looks at her like a mother image.
Yuri is shown to be extremely talented and the best at his job. Despite being young in age, he is one of the best State Security Service diplomats. But when compared to Loid, Yuri is a newbie. In the manga, while having a conversation with Yuri, Loid is easily able to figure out that Yuri is a member of the State Security Service.
