We spent ages sorting the design and whilst ok, I wouldn't trust their designers not to screw up on the cad design. We ended up with exactly what we wanted but we did have to keep an eye on them and once or twice had to get pushy to get things sorted
I really squeezed them on price and we sourced all our white goods ourselves (mainly AOL) but only told them once they priced the kitchen keenly. They made a few mistakes and at one time with me, and my son, they tried the "you signed the contract" stance but we did both get sorted by telling them that we didn't sign the contract to exonerate them from their designers errors.
However, the kitchen is good quality, and as I had a brilliant fitter that I employed, HID and i are very pleased with the result.
